How we use it

We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, confirm stock and grades, plan transport and unloading, arrange delivery, collect payment and provide customer support.

WhatsApp and service partners

WhatsApp enquiries may be processed by an automated assistant that asks for the details needed to qualify your requirement before handing the conversation to a BrickSaathi team member. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms also apply. When required for an order, we may share limited delivery details with our brick-source, transport or unloading partners. We do not sell your personal information.

Website storage and retention

Enquiry details and relevant WhatsApp conversation history may be stored in our protected business system so authorised staff can prepare quotations, coordinate delivery and provide support. Records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for business, payment, support and legal purposes.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information that is no longer required, subject to any records we must retain for legitimate business, payment or legal purposes.
